As first senior design hire, defined design process, strategy, and culture.

Founding member (employee 5) of NYC presence. Worked with distributed agile teams to define the UX strategy for several multi-year engagements. Managed between 1-3 different feature teams ensuring quality of craft. Client industries included: healthcare, fintech, real estate, agritech, and supply chain.
